One time per month, very close to the date you purchased your membership on.
A 12-month commitment is required. If canceled during that time, the member will pay two additional months, in which time they can continue to play. Memberships can be cancelled by calling 704-885-PLAY or by emailing us at email@example.com.
we typically get busy on the weekends, to ensure a play spot, book your tickets in advance from our website.
